This project redefines the contemporary terrace as a seamless, multi-functional outdoor living room. It is designed as a minimalist extension of the interior architecture, emphasizing clean lines, expansive views, and the intelligent integration of natural and manufactured elements.
Design and Materiality
The aesthetic is one of restrained elegance and sharp modernity. The flooring utilizes large-format, slip-resistant porcelain pavers in a muted charcoal or warm gray, ensuring visual continuity with the interior space while providing durability. The perimeter railing is conceived as a thin, unobtrusive frame, typically using clear structural glass or slender, black powder-coated aluminum posts to maximize unobstructed panoramic views.
